GAMES
In 1977, the idea for KISSPLAY started as a Kiss Collection Kit consisting of a diary in a game box for recording memorable kisses. This idea quickly evolved into kissing games consisting of a variety of the following components: game board, box, lid, cards, dice, cubes, coins, tiles, timer, spinner, and rules. Original game names were: Sensual Pursuit, Lip Play, Kiss Cubes, and Kiss Play. After Trivial Pursuit hit the market in 1981, Sensual Pursuit was replaced by Kiss Play™ to avoid trademark infringement.
After 1985, the game board was eliminated because it kept getting in the way. From this point on, Kiss Play evolved slowly into a more compact card game.
In millennium 2000, all board and card games were trademarked: KissPlay™ or KISSPLAY™ with the subtitle: "A Rousing Kissing Game." Since then, over 40 editions were designed, manufactured, and test marketed. Each included KisSign™ features linking colors of 6 different styles of kisses with the 12 colors of zodiac signs.
From 2011 on, in addition to the boxed versions of KissPlay board and card games they began development as two separate apps titled: KissPlay™ and KisSign™ for mobile devices.
In 2023 KissPlay app features 78 KissPlay Script cards and 12 KisSign cards for kissers, screenwriters, and movie stars alike. Now, they can: Gift It Forward to friends and contacts so they can name the styles, types, and patterns of kisses received, not only in the past, but in the near future.
